Beautiful Mediterranean style house created in the 70's by Architect José Luis Ezquerra de la Colina. Totally cozy and with an unbeatable location, a few steps from the Cathedral, the Garden and Plaza de Toros San Marcos, as well as Calle Nieto, you can rest peacefully, without being immersed in the hustle and bustle of the city.
Here you wake up to the ringing of the churches that surround our house and that invite you to take a walk through the clear streets of the Historic Center of our Beautiful City. You can meet some neighbors who like to go for a morning walk in the Garden of San Marcos... or simply enjoy freshly baked bread a few steps from our house.
In the mornings, there is usually a normal work environment; but in the evenings, a bohemian atmosphere that invites you to take a night tour, a coffee with freshly ground beans or even a drink in one of the surrounding bars. A few steps away you will find the Plaza de Armas and Cathedral.
